Refund Policy

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately & within 10 days of order date, if there are any damages to the products. If the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please email us at brighterdaysgiftbox@gmail.com, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We'll be happy to replace any wrong or damaged items where possible, or provide a refund where appropriate. Please ensure to take photographic evidence of damaged items to send to us as proof. 

If a refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.

Returns or exchanges are not permitted.
